Shipping and Return/Refund Policy
We provide one method for shipping; Canada Post delivery.
To calculate the shipping cost of a product, we charge a shipping and handling fee, plus an additional charge for each item you purchase. The rate for shipping will depend on each product ordered.
Electronic products are downloaded directly to your computer, and are therefore not subject to shipping and handling fees.
Allow 24 business hours to process your order
Any item that requires physical shipping will be sent Canada Post and the expected delivery times are as follows:
Canada – 2 weeks
Contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Mexico – 3 weeks
All Other Countries – 4-6 weeks

All items are inspected for defect or damage prior to shipping.
Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Items
In the event that you receive defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately for a reship of that product by sending an e-mail to (firstname.lastname@example.org). If you did not receive an item that was marked to be shipped using Canada Post, please inform us after the normal allotted time of 2 weeks for delivery in Canada, 3 weeks for delivery to the contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Mexico and 4 weeks to all other countries.
We have a strict no refund policy. However, we will evaluate each case on an individual basis to ensure that we have provided everything that was promised.
